Prepare a mixed application package
Application portals often apply the same maximum size to several different file types. This tool routes images to the image compressor, PDFs to PDF optimization and modern Office documents to package cleanup, while keeping the 2MB target visible for every result.
Job application preset
The preset sets a 2MB maximum per file and accepts a mixed selection such as JPG, PNG, PDF, DOCX, XLSX or PPTX. Unsupported formats may only receive safe archive optimization, and files already under the limit can remain unchanged.
A separate pass or warning for every file
Each result states whether it is under 2MB, how much it changed and which download is available. Successful files can be saved individually or collected in a ZIP; the original documents on your device are not overwritten.

Important documents need a final review

Are my application documents uploaded?
The selected file contents are processed locally and are not uploaded by the compressor. Small usage and error events may be transmitted separately without the documents.
Can I mix PDF, Word and image files?
Yes. A mixed batch is supported, and the browser selects an appropriate processing path for each recognized format.
Will every application file reach 2MB?
No. Signed, scan-heavy or already-efficient files may not shrink enough without damaging content. The result clearly shows whether each file meets the target.
